Rural Water and Wastewater Association of Nevada invites you to the Annual Expo. This is a great opportunity to network with industry leaders, check out the latest tech in the exhibitor hall, and earn some contact hours (CTHs).

How do I register?

To register as an attendee, please complete the registration form inside. Additional registration forms are available online at:

Why should I attend?

Attendees participate in the Expo to earn necessary contact hours (CTHs), network with exhibitors and peers, connect with regulatory representatives, and have a good time! This year’s Expo includes a wide range of classes with topics relevant to water and wastewater operators and administrators.

When can I pick up my registration packet?

Registration packets, including conference materials, a name badge, and an on-site guide, will be available at the registration desk during the Monday Mixer on October 12, 2026 at 6 PM. You can also pick up your packet beginning at 7 AM on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at the conference registration desk.

Can I register after the October 2nd deadline?

Yes, but you will not receive a formal confirmation until you arrive at the Expo. If you do register after October 2nd, please reach out to Candice Jackson at (916) 283-8502 to confirm receipt of your registration.

What meals are included in my registration?

Breakfast and lunch will be provided to you on each day that you are registered for the Expo. We also offer beverages, as well as a wide variety of snacks, during our exhibitor hall on Wednesday afternoon.

When is the exhibit hall?

The exhibit hall is open Wednesday from 1 PM to 5 PM. This year, our exhibit hall will be located on the Nugget Casino Resort convention center floor. Wednesday’s lunch will be hosted just outside the convention area.

If I am unable to attend, can someone substitute for me?

Yes. You may substitute someone else from your system by notifying CRWA in writing by October 2nd.

How do I cancel a registration?

You must cancel your registration in writing. Cancellations received by October 2nd, 2026 will receive a refund less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations after October 2nd, 2026 will not be refunded.

Where should I stay?

Expo activities take place at the Nugget Casino Resort. We recommend staying at the Nugget hotel as well for convenience.
