About Us

The Water Environment Federation is a non-profit technical and educational organization of more than 34,000 individual members that represents water quality professionals around the world. CWEA/NWEA are regional organizations of the Water Environment Federation. CWEA and NWEA are hosting a joint annual conference between March 31 and April 3 in Reno, Nevada. Conference registration is free for all student CWEA and NWEA members.

Student Poster Competition Description:

Share your research with the industry at NWEA/CWEA’s Annual Conference. This is a great opportunity to meet and network directly with employers, professors, public officials, utilities, government agencies, and other water professionals while learning about exciting new trends and opportunities in the water and wastewater industry.

The Poster Competition will occur at the exhibit hall. Participants should set up their poster prior to the exhibit hall opening at 3:30 pm. Participants should be present for questions from industry professionals between 4:30-6:00 pm. Judging will also occur between 4:30-6:00 pm. Winners will be announced at 6:15 pm.
